Today marks my fourth week as part of this challenge. So far I've worked out three times in one week, five times the next, two the week after that and three last week. Eating healthy food on the road has been tough, and I've done my best to reduce my intake (minimal bread, no snacks) because being in the car and/or an unfamiliar environment is exhausting.
I'm actually starting to miss the energy rush I get from Vin kicking my ass in the morning.
