It's hard to work out on the road. There's never time or a place and, at least for me, getting my smelly clothes laundered is mandatory. I've worked out once since Tuesday and I'm starting to miss it. Not the soreness, but the energy rush I get after Vin stops his torture. I have been fairly cognizant of what I eat on the road and that's helped. Lots of water, snacks like fruit and nut trail mix (one bag per trip, not per day) and avoiding super terrible stuff like beer and fried foods. I did have pizza one day, but not as much as usual and it was right after my workout. Two more days.
